In 2008, I presented a collaborative paper on Social entrepreneurship in Croatia using the case of Zeljko Mavrovic with my writing partner, Paul Stubbs. The paper got included as a chapter in Complexity Science and Social Entrepreneurship. I am reviewing every page and all contributions from other chapter authors as part of my literature review for my doctoral dissertation on the same subject. The purpose of this is to spread interest in social entrepreneurship as a viable business model. I will share links and inspiration I am gaining through the process.
Here are some examples covered in the preface by Ron Schulz:
Grameen Bank
Homeless Court
Donors Choose
Quest Bridge
Greyston Bakery
KIVA
ZOPA
Ashoka
Skoll Foundation
Mahatma Gandhi
